Group Work.

I adhore working in groups, I would rather triple my own work load than be forced into relying on someone else or as is often the case multiple other people.

I dont intend this as a dig at anybody I have been in a group with, its just that groups in general tend to end up as a complete mismatch, people dont always combine well together and as such a complete hash of ideas in the final result, only very occasionally do i find that I enjoy working with any more the 2/3 people.

This quote that I have borrowed from my little quot box in the corner sums it up comletely.
